Thanks to the top location in the Koller building, right in the village center and directly located at the bus stops (“Zentrum”) and the “Coop” supermarket, you can quickly reach the village center, Inner Arosa with its ski school/lift, the Untersee lake, or the ski slopes. You can also walk to and from the train station in just a few minutes. The view of the famous Schiesshorn from the terrace and the wellness facilities invite you to linger.
