Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, all arrivals and check-ins are now contactless to protect our guests and service personnel. The cleaning standards at our accommodations have also been enhanced for guests and cleaning crew’s safety.
We have adjusted our policies to address key concerns our guests may face leading up to their stay with Arosa Exklusiv. You may cancel or postpone your future booking to a later date, without incurring cancellation penalty charges, if you are affected by any of the following events:
- If your stay is affected by travel restrictions according to Switzerland and your place of residence’s government regulations.
- If your visit to Arosa would require you to quarantine upon your return due to government regulations.
In the event that you, a family member or another traveller can no longer travel, due to a positive Covid-19 test result or must quarantine due to government regulations, we won’t be able to provide any refunds and would advise all affected guests to contact their travel insurance company. All guests of Arosa Exklusiv must comply with the government regulations and adhere to the safety precautions.
