Unfortunately the pandemic is still a pressing issue. Please note our handling of any related issues:
Cancellations due to Covid-19
In general, we cannot offer any free cancellations due to Covid-19.
Exceptions are the following cases:
- You are unable to enter the country due to closed boarders in Switzerland or your home destination
- It is unreasonable to travel to Arosa because of the state of emergency up here
In both cases there must be an official lockdown issued by the government, otherwise no claim can be made.
We disclaim any liability for quarantines that may apply to your home country.
In addition, you cannot make a claim for free cancellation if you or someone in your travel group falls ill with Corona.
In any case, we recommend that you take out travel insurance for your trip.
Our handling in operation:
- We work with masks and have all our staff tested regularly
- We clean and disinfect all flats very carefully
